Year 10 Art Trip to Stroud College
It was a ‘taster day’ at Stroud College on 14th March, to give Year 10s a ‘taste’ of what college life is like, and especially what an art department within a college is like. They took part in 2 workshops- one 2D (collage) and one 3D (cardboard sculpture). We were also lucky enough to have 2 Stroud art students show and discuss their work with us. And all of our students behaved excellently. It was a fabulous day! See the pictures.
Art at GCSE Level
This course is the equivalent of two GCSE awards and that means that for handing in all of your coursework and sitting through one exam, you will receive two GCSEs.

Students will needs to be committed to producing high quality coursework to a deadline. They will be expected to complete six projects and sit one exam over the two years of the course and they will be expected to complete 25% of their coursework in their own time.
